Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, as well as payment by check, money order, Amex & Discover. If you pay by check your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank.
Our Return Policy
Wholesale Natural Body Care offers the excellent products and they are carefully chosen for quality and good standards. If you have a problem with your order, please observe our return policy:
Returns must occur within 14 days of your shipment receipt. Product must be unused.
Cancellations: If your order has been pulled and packaged you are subject to 20% cancellations and restocking fee. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses.
Returns: All returns must be approved and subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Note: Custom made bases are not returnable unless there is a serious problem with your order so be sure to order a sample of your custom formulations and test them for your intended purposes before ordering bulk batches.
Fragrances: We do not accept returns on 4, 8, 16, containers of fragrance so please order the smallest amount possible and test if prior to ordering bulk.
To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return invoice number (View Phone Numbers). Once you have a return invoice number, return your product like this:
