NOW YOU CAN MAKE CREAMS, LOTIONS, BODY MILKS & BODY MIST BASES IN JUST A FEW EASY STEP!
our bases are easily emulsified in warm water and yield stable emulsions with a light texture, showing a very good emolliency without any greasy after-feel, being fully saturated, it is not prone to rancidity.
Simply disperse base in warm water, add desired fragrance, color, and any special ingredients. As it can emulsify its own weight of additional oily components, more elaborate skin care products can be easily produced with MB-1. Furthermore no pH adjustment is required.

General Preservative Information
ANTIMICROBIALS fight bacteria:
butyl, propyl, ethyl, and methyl parabens
DMDM hydantoin
methylisothiazolinone
phenoxyethanol (also rose ether fragrance component)
quaternium-15
Non Paraben Preservative Information
Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate is sold as a 50% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxymethylglycinate. The solution is a clear alkaline liquid with a mild characteristic odor.
This single preservative is a broad spectrum antimicrobial that is active against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, yeast and mold, even at low concentrations, providing cost-effective preservation.
sodium hydroxymethylglycinate remains active at a pH as high as 12, and can be used in acidic conditions as low as pH 3.5, giving the formulator very broad flexibility as well as allowing adequate preservation of alkaline products.
This preservative blend can also be used to neutralize acidic compounds, without any loss of antimicrobial activity. Maximum use is approximately 1 to 1.5%.
Packaging Tips
If you have a laser printer then half your battles is complete but most small shop oeners are just starting out and can't put the cosdt of a high end lase color printer in their budget. I suggest the following tips for this case scenario:
Use Avery weatherproof labels (determine the size for the item you are labeling)
Add you graphics and include your company information. This is a way for you to get repeat business. Be sure to include your web address if you have one if not a phone number will do.
You will want to add the graphice 2Xs if the bottle is small this way you will cut it in half. You will have two labels per label. If your container is larger then you will have one.
Based on what you are packaging your next step will be to protect your lable information so that it will not rub off while being handled. Purchase Acrylic top coat spray for Walmart in the paint section. Spray and allow to dry. Repeat of procut has a high oil contint.
Oil and alcohol can deteriorate any type of label so you may want to apply clear packing tape. If so cut it carefully, slightly larger than your label, smoothe, and you are done.
