Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days unless something or all of the items are out of stock. We make everything fresh so that when your get your products you have the confidence of knowing it has been freshly handmade and not old inventory in a dusty warehouse.

Custom orders that require filling - May take additional time, depending on scheduling. If you need your order quickly, please reach out to us at 256-693-4600.

Soaps - Please consider placing your soaps on a separate order since they are made to order an may take an additional 1-2 weeks to make and cure.

Returns - Please verify your shipping information to be correct. If your order is shipped to an incorrect shipping address, you may be charged a 35% re-stocking fee. If you will need it re-shipped you will have to cover the cost to ship it again.
