Refund Policy
Returns - Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns unless your order is defective. If your product is defective we will issue a replacement. You must contact us immediately, return the order, unused. We are not able to resell any products that are returned so they discarded and adds to the already mounting issues with our community land fields.
Damaged/Lost Delivery Claims - In order for Wholesale Natural Body Care, hereafter referred to as WNBC to process a replacement for orders damaged or lost by UPS, USPS or FedEx please adhere to the following guidelines.
As per each company's shipping policies, there are narrow windows in which a claim can be filed, please make sure you have seven images of damaged product, do not dispose of products till you have filed a claim with UPS, FedEx or USPS, on their website and they have inspected the damaged product. Once a claim has been filed, please email your claim number together with the images to customerservice@wnbcinc.com for WNBC to process your replacement.

How to file a single claim for a FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, or FedEx Freight® shipment
First, log in to your account. You’ll be able to file a claim for:
• U.S. domestic shipments
• U.S. import/export shipments
• Shipments from Canada to the U.S.
Go to the File Claim(s) tab and complete the form
• Enter your tracking or PRO number
• Select your claim type
• Fill out the form
Add supporting documentation
Your claim needs to include supporting documents like:
• Original manufacturer or purchase invoices
• Repair estimates or invoices
• Expense statements
• Appraisals
Review your information before you submit
Go to the Reports tab to see the status of your claim.
Claim Replacement Time - Order replacement time will vary from case to case, as every case is different, and will be addressed as such. Please allow one to two weeks after emailing your claim number and images to appropriate email addresses before your replacement is shipped out.
Product Variations - Because Wholesale Natural Body Care uses natural ingredients when possible there many be product variations. For example due to the fact that herb, extracts, natural fixed oils and essential oils may vary from time to time this does not affect the quality of the product and we will not offer refund or exchange when this is the case.
Samples - We offer samples for purchase on all products so please take advantage and order our samples to try before you invest. - Ingredients for samples will be listed on our website for your access, sample will only have the product name and our contact information listed.
Cancellations - We do not accept order cancellations once processed. If we approve a cancellation, you will be charged a 35% re-stocking fee plus the cost of all shipping. All orders are made to your order.
Custom Formulations - We do not accept cancellations on any custom formulations. Turn-around time may vary from 20-90 days (or longer - when packaging, labeling and packing is involved) depending on the complexity of your customization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bodyologyusa@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bodyologyusa@gmail.com for approval and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Soaps - Soaps are made upon order and will add to your order processing time by as much as 3 to 6 weeks. If you need your order right away, consider adding soaps on a separate order.

Incorrect addresses - Please confirm that the information you enter for shipping is correct. We are not able to make corrections in time to avoid returns or changes. In the event that you enter an incorrect shipping address you will be charged re-ship fee of 24.99 plus the cost to re-ship your entire order. You will be invoiced and the fees must be paid prior to re-ship. If your order is cancelled or refunded, WNBC will deduct the cost of those shipping fees due to your error.

Stolen Packages - If the shipper has delivered your package to the address you provided, and someone else has stolen your package, collectively; Wholesale Natural Body Care and the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) are released from responsibility. While they may be able to track your package to confirm delivery, this is not always possible. If your package is truly stolen, it becomes a criminal matter and should be reported to your local police department. However, you are still welcome to file a missing order report with the carrier.
At WNBC, we understand how stressful is can be to have a misplaced order, and well do all in our power to make if right by you, our customers. Please help us make it right, do all that you can to make sure your order is delivered successfully.
