Custom Formulation Return Policy

At WNBC, we pride ourselves on providing custom formulations tailored to your specific needs. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount, which is why we have a detailed Custom Formulation Return Policy in place.

For custom-made bases such as shampoos, conditioners, hair oils, growth balms, moisturizers, and leave-in products, please note that these items are non-returnable unless they are defective. In the event of a defect, we require a thorough description of the issue in writing, along with supporting pictures. These details will be carefully reviewed and approved by our senior management before a return can be processed.

Similarly, for custom-made soaps, deodorants, and other similar products, our return policy states that they are non-returnable unless there is a defect. To initiate a return in such cases, you must provide a detailed written account of the problem, accompanied by relevant pictures. Again, senior management will review and approve the return request before any action is taken.

We understand that each custom formulation is unique and that any concerns or defects need to be addressed promptly and effectively. Our stringent return policy ensures that we maintain the highest standards of quality control while meeting your specific requirements. Rest assured, our senior management will carefully assess each case to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution.

Please note that this return policy applies specifically to custom formulations. For our regular product line, we have a separate return policy that you can refer to for further details. In the event we approve a return for custom made products you will be charged a 35-50% restocking fee. The products(s) must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
