This is the companion to the entire Green Tea Facial skin care line. This toner is special because it not only clarifies skin it also works hard to reduce inflamed problematic skin conditions with natural Black Willow Bark extract.

All of our products are formulated so that you are able to customize. You may add up to 15% Purified water, Oils or other ingredients without disturbing the preservative system.
Work in a sterile environment. Use a Manual filling machine, pipping bag or Large Squeeze bottle to fill your bottles or jars.
Each vendor should provide a maximum recommended percentage to use. Do not exceed. When scenting Gels, they tend to thin out. You may add our Gel thickener if this happens. Search by name.
