Toners help to balance skin, remove cleansing residue as well as prep skin for serums, moisturizers and then your makeup.
In warmer months Our 95% Organic Rose Water Hydrating Toner may be all that would be needed for just the right amount of moisture.

All of our products are formulated so that you are able to customize. You may add up to 15% Purified water, Oils or other ingredients without disturbing the preservative system.
Work in a sterile environment. Use a Manual filling machine, pipping bag or Large Squeeze bottle to fill your bottles or jars.
Each vendor should provide a maximum recommended percentage to use. Do not exceed. When scenting Gels, they tend to thin out. You may add our Gel thickener if this happens. Search by name.
