What Size Should I Package My Product In

I am often asked what size bottle should I put my product in and how do I use the products. I have detailed some basic how to use and what bottles to pack your product in. 

Lets go over Skincare Products First:

Cleansers: 4 Ounce Bottle with a push cap or pump - If you sell a cleanser in a larger size your customer will not need to purchase again for quite some time. 

Use: Cleanse face 2 times in the morning and at night. Apply a dime size amount of cleanse in clean hands. With lukewarm water, begin gently massaging makeup, excess oils and dirt away. Rinse with lukewarm water, pat dry and apply appropriate, toner, serum, eye cream and or a  moisturizer within the line you are selling. 

*Disclaimer: Do not get cleanser in eyes and if you experience irritation, discontinue use.  

Toners: Offer in a 4 Oz  bottle with either a push cap or sprayer

Toner Use: Shake well and mist face after cleansing. Pat in or allow to dry. Toners may also be used to set makeup. If used a a setting spray mist after applying your makeup, close your eyes and lightly mist entire face. Less is more.  Toners may be used after each cleansing.

Facial Masks: Sell in 2 Ounce Jars

Masks may be used 2-3 time weekly. Cleanse face well and apply mask. Allow to dry for 15-30 minutes. Rinse off well, apply toner, serum and follow with moisturizer appropriate within the line you are offering.

Facial Scrub or Polish: - Sell in 2 Ounce Jars

Use: Scrubs may be used on the alternate days of masking. Polish skin 2-3 times weekly. After cleansing skin, Use a quarter size amount of facial polish/scrub and gently begin polishing away dead skin. Do not scrub your face hard.

Serums: Pack in 1 Ounce bottles with droppers or treatment pumps

Use: After cleansing face, apply toner. Pat dry then follow up with serum. Do not get too close to your eyes. Follow with face oil or appropriate moisturizer within your line.

Eye Creams: Sell in 1.5 Ounce to 1 Ounce jars

Use: After cleansing face, apply toner, serum and moisturizer. Final step should be to pat eye cream around eye. Do not tug eye skin.

Now Let's go over Body Care & Beard Products

These Products are self explanatory so I am just suggesting packaging sizes. 

Body Care: Pack In

• Shower gels in 8 Ounce Bottles
• Body Lotions: 4 or 8 Ounce Bottles
• Body Scrubs: 8 Ounce
• Body Butters: 4 or 8 Ounce Jars

Beard Care: Pack 

• Beard Oil Pack in 1 Ounce for sample or travel packs
• Beard Luxe Butter Cream Pack in 2 Ounce Jar
• Beard Balm 2 or 4 ounce Jars or Tins
• Beard Wash Pack in 2 or 4 Oz Bottle with Push Caps
• Beard Conditioner Pack in 2 or 4 Ounce Bottle (Rinse out)
• Beard Leave in Pack in 2 or 4 Ounce Jars  (Leave in)
