About

Make your own natural solid lotion bars or solid perfumes with this base by melting it, adding your fragrance and or essential oils and pouring it in to your containers.

Measure amount of base needed in a clean, sterile measuring cup (glass or plastic)
You may melt using the double boiler method or in the microwave oven using 2 minute intervals, careful not to over heat.
Add the recommended fragrance or essential oil needed
Pour in containers (be careful not to get base to hot, it can melt plastic containers)

How To Use Bases

All of our products are formulated so that you are able to customize. You may add up to 15% Purified water, Oils or other ingredients without disturbing the preservative system.

How to Fill Jars

Work in a sterile environment. Use a Manual filling machine, pipping bag or Large Squeeze bottle to fill your bottles or jars.

How much Fragrance or Essential Oil to add

Each vendor should provide a maximum recommended percentage to use. Do not exceed. When scenting Gels, they tend to thin out. You may add our Gel thickener if this happens. Search by name.
